2. General Contractor Services & Proposals

Website descriptions of our general building services (including ADUs, Fix and Flips, Project Plans, framing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and deck construction) are for informational and preliminary planning purposes. All binding construction work, milestones, payment schedules, warranties, and scope specifications are governed solely by signed California-compliant written home improvement contracts entered into between MAS Remodeling Inc. and the client.

* Please note: As stated throughout this site, MAS Remodeling Inc. does not offer free estimates. Detailed quotes and project plans are provided following an initial consultation and scope review.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including business logos, text, project photographs, custom 3D architectural showcase elements, layouts, and graphics, are the property of MAS Remodeling Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MAS Remodeling Inc., its officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, informational inaccuracies, or reliance on preliminary project descriptions before a formal contract is executed.
